Touring
Touring vacations are now common across Canada and Europe. People that want to see part of the country while doing something active often choose to tour. The most common types of touring vacations are by bicycle, but there is a trend in Ontario and in parts of Europe to tour by rowing.
The Ontario Rowing Association has in the past few years been developing a Touring Program that allows vacationers to see parts of Ontario by boat. Ontario is a land filled with beautiful lakes and rivers, so it only makes sense to take advantage of these natural routes for sightseeing.
