DRC Head Coach Job Posting

The Don Rowing Club of Mississauga is looking for a permanent full-time Head Coach with the following qualifications:

• demonstrated success in coaching club or university crews at national level regattas
• minimum coaching qualification of Level 3 (Canada) or equivalent experience
• demonstrated effectiveness as a leader
• strong inter-personal, communication and organizational skills
• a valid Canadian driver's licence, Transport Canada Pleasure Craft Operators Card at time of appointment and the legal right to work in Canada.

International experience, either as a coach or as an athlete, and a university degree in a related discipline would be valued assets. Read the full posting.

Volunteers Needed for RowOntario AGM

We are in need of 6-8 people- any shape, size or ability to be volunteers for Movement Screening at the RO AGM November 15th.

A seat at the awards luncheon will be provided for anyone who volunteers. Interested volunteers should contact me either by email lynda_dundas@hotmail.com or by phone 905-279-3321 as soon as possible.
