one day before the CIRC's and just a few days before the DRC camp in Dallas starts, Phil Marshall gave us DRC members the latest update about the RADAR and developement programs of RowOntario.
How does it work - how does the future could look like for RowOntario and what we as a rowing club can do to support the high performance sport in our province.
Coaches from the province (Guelph, Argonaut ...) also attented during the morning the meeting with Phil Marshall.
The DRC says thank you for your informations and perhaps a new way to work together to build up a strong competitive provincial team.
